Acceptance of Terms​

By using the services provided by Can King you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not comply you must not use our services. 

 

Services Description

Can King offers trash can cleaning services on a monthly, quarterly or one time basis. We also offer pressure washing services for homes, buildings, driveways, walkways or patios. Stickers will be placed on the trash can(s) to serve as an identifier for future services. Switching or substituting trash cans for cleaning outside of the originally designated can(s) is not permitted, as it may disrupt service logistics and routing efficiency.

 

Service Commitment

The monthly service requires a minimum commitment of 3 services. The quarterly service requires a commitment of 2 services. In the event that service is canceled after your first service but before the minimum required, the customer will be charged for the remaining services within the commitment. 

 

Skipped Services

If a customer decides to skip a service, the service commitment will apply again and you will be unable to skip a monthly service again for 3 months or a quarterly service for 2 quarters without being charged for the committed period. 

 

Billing and Payment

Customers are billed for their first service after sign up but before the first service. After that customers will be billed upon the completion of each service. It is imperative to have a valid and active payment method saved on file for service continuation. Future services will be stopped until payment is received for previous service. We accept payments via debit or credit cards. If you need to update your payment method please use our client login on the home page. 

 

Scheduling and Notifications

Service scheduling is determined by your trash day and our availability. Your service will be completed either on your trash day or on the day after your trash day. We send text message reminders the day before your scheduled service. Failure to make the trash can(s) easily accessible and visible from the street for cleaning after our text message notification may result in the service not being rescheduled until the next month, at our discretion. 

 

Customer Responsibility

Please leave your trash cans easily accessible, visible from the street and empty by 8 A.M on the day of your scheduled service. Our services are provided between the hours of 8 A.M and 8 P.M. We try our absolute best to get your trash cans clean as possible but some substances may not be possible to remove. These substances include but are not limited to; oil, paint, concrete, glue or other adhesives. 

 

Trip and Inconvenience Fee

In a situation where the trash cans are not easily accessible, visible from the street or contain waste and we have not been notified following our text message notification, we reserve the right to charge a $10 trip and inconvenience fee to the card on file. 

 

Service Cancelation

To terminate your service please notify us via text, call or email. Our text number is (984) 985-2088 our call number is (919) 435-4550 and our email is info@cankingllc.com. You must notify us of service termination before 8 A.M on the day of your next scheduled service. 

 

Pressure Washing Services

Our pressure washing service removes green algae, mold, cobwebs, loose dirt and debris. Substances that may not be removed during our pressure washing services include but are not limited to; red clay, oil, calcium, mold on caulk artillery fungus and rust stains. In order to efficiently and effectively provide our pressure washing services we will need access to a water source on the property. Customer is responsible for ensuring all doors and windows are secured and or sealed before service. Customer is responsible for removing any items they do not want to get wet before service. (e.g furniture, cushions, carpets)
